Jeremy Corbyn drew crowds on Tuesday evening as he addressed Wimbledon Labour Party members at the CWU headquarters. Our apologies to all the people who were unable to get in.

His speech on key policies including the Green Industrial Revolution (or Green New Deal) and National Education Service was met with thunderous applause, as he laid out the Labour Party’s transformative plans for a fairer Britain.

Paying tribute to our brilliant PPC Jackie Schneider, he highlighted her contribution to education and disability campaigning and adding that he was looking forward to campaigning for her during the general election.

We don’t yet know when the election will be, but we’re already working hard in the community to make sure every resident knows why they should vote Labour.
