I thoroughly enjoyed last night’s Wimbledon Climate Question Time, organised by Extinction Rebellion Merton.

Like so many other Conservative candidates at climate hustings across the country, Stephen Hammond did not attend, but nevertheless I’m glad Wimbledon residents had an opportunity to hear a range of views on the urgent issues facing our climate, environment and nature.

Labour’s plans were well received by the audience, which can be seen by the result of the vote at the end of the debate. A win for Labour is a win for the planet. 🌹🌏
